Cheram (“Charlie”) Briggs is a licensed and insured prenatal massage therapist (CAMTC license #74918) , sound meditation coach, and neuromuscular therapy educator for Panacea Holistic Institute.

She received her massage therapy degree in 2017 from National Holistic Institute in Studio City, CA after receiving 900 hours of education - 400 hours more than the state requirement.

In 2017, she passed the MBLEX exam, granting her the distinguished ability to become a recognized medical professional. In 2018, she completed advanced prenatal massage training under Massage Envy’s comprehensive continued education program. Only those who were certified in prenatal massage could offer these services.

Since then, she has worked with dozens of pregnant individuals; offering them safe and therapeutic care all the way into postpartum. It has been her highest joy in being a part of the lives of her pregnant clients and helping them achieve moments of rest throughout each trimester.

In 2023, she continued her training under prenatal specialists at Women in Self Healing (WISH) in Larchmont Village, and in 2026, she received another prenatal massage certification from AMTA - the leading governing body for massage therapists. As an AMTA licensed therapist, it is her duty to stay current on her knowledge as your trusted prenatal massage therapist.

Since 2022, Cheram’s inner artist bloomed in creating digital releases of her instrumental music and guided meditations as a remedy for self-care in between sessions. Her recordings with projects “Crystal & Sage” and “Cheram Rozaria” are available on all streaming platforms (see Spotify, Pandora, and Apple Music icon links at the bottom of the page). In 2025, Cheram became certified as a Thai massage practitioner from ITM Massage School in Chiang Mai, Thailand; offering a new way to achieve long-lasting pain relief and relaxation for her clients.
